Hi my name is Gitta and am a former Naturopath, Cranio-Sacral Therapist and Osteopath for humans. Some years ago, I decided to leave the humans to my colleagues, and I am certified as Cranio-Sacral Therapist for dogs.

Very soon I started training as Osteopath for animals and I now work as a certified Osteopath for animals in my own practice near Brussels in Belgium. If an animal needs it, I do structural work, but my passion is Cranio-Sacral, Visceral and Tissular work with the animal.

A also certified with Dr. Patrick Chêne in “Force de Traction Médullaire”, an energetic technique which adjusts tensions in the spinal cord and the central nervous system. That fabulous technique is very useful with old dogs and dogs suffering from severe illness and I have the chance to make life better and easier for suffering animals with this technique.

I’m also a certified WEBB Bodywork and Energywork practitioner and teacher and I very much enjoy teaching WEBB to others.

Currently, I’m training with Adele Leas to become a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner for horses.

I also work in a rehabilitation centre for dogs where I often do WEBB treatments with anxious and traumatised dogs or dogs who had bad injuries. I also do hydrotherapy to help dogs to recover.

I have two beautiful and huge French Mountain dogs Tasko and Naia which you can see on the screen whilst I’m teaching, and I also have two cats. My animals are and always will be my best teachers. They teach me to be connected to myself and to themselves and they remind me if ever I start to mess around. They are also wonderful assistants and keen to be part of my teachings.

Besides my dogs I love dolphins, many years ago I organised trips to Egypt where people could swim with wild dolphins in the Red Sea, and I hope to be able to do that again one day. And I love to be in nature with my dogs, especially in the woods where we often spend time with our spiritual guides.
