Profile
My practice embraces Whole Energy Bodywork for animals and Energywork Practitioner for pets. I am a Whole Energy Body Balance Method Teacher for animals. I am also a practicing Kinergetics practitioner.
Hi, I am Sandra Beams and I live in Tasmania and travel regularly to Western Australia. I work as a Practitioner and Teacher in both locations.
I am very passionate about animals and their wellbeing and have been since I was a very young child taking in stray cats and kittens. The wellbeing of animals has always been a very high priority for me.
I worked with the Tasmanian Parks and Wildlife Service in Tasmania for 20 years and during this time was encouraged to follow my passion with animals and help with the management of Orphaned and Injured animals on the West Coast of Tasmania. I learnt extensive animal husbandry and emergency care skills through necessity and was able to teach these skills to staff and volunteers to assist with the animal volunteer program that I set up on the West Coast.
Whilst continuing my journey with the animals I was introduced to Energy work in the form of Reiki which I used on the animals in my care. I then progressed to working with people doing massage and Kinergetics (a form of Kinesiology).
Through my Kinergetics training, I learnt a lot about how the body works and how we hold trauma within our bodies – I could then see that what I was learning was very relevant to our beloved pets.
My decision to teach and become proficient in techniques delivered through the Whole Energy Bodywork and Energy work for pets method has made profound changes to my life and the animals I touch.
My passion is to give animals a better life and in turn help their guardians.
I have found you are only limited by your imagination, there is nothing to lose you just have to have a go. With this attitude, you get the most profound results.
I am available for assessments, treatments and group or one on one training workshops.
