REGAINING MOMENTUM – Your pets will need this, and so do you!

regaining momentum

REGAINING MOMENTUM is something we all need to do, most of the time.

Regaining momentum is essential. If you suck at this, your life will suck, and you’ll be ripping your pets off. There are always things that happen (large and small) that mean we have to stop. Illness, injuries, emergencies, or even just the natural breaks and rests life requires, like sleeping at night or weekends.

Every time you stop, for any reason, momentum is lost. If you want a life that hums along, where you get shit done, where you are well, happy, and vital (and support this for your pets too), you have to always be regaining momentum.

I’m coming back to work after 4 weeks off because I was seriously unwell with an acute Lyme infection. I have all sorts of wheels that have stopped spinning. I could freeze up into overwhelm pretty easily, but because I’ve been practicing regaining momentum for years, I know that I just have to do one thing.

It’s simple.

Not always easy, but so simple that anyone can do it.

The one thing that makes regaining momentum easier is…

Doing the next best thing. The thing that is most important. The thing that makes sense to get rolling again. If there are two or three things that seem equally important, toss a coin, cut a deck of cards, do whatever it takes to get started with dealing with one of them!

Regaining momentum is incredibly important. Momentum feeds a healthy life. For you, and for your pets. And the better you are at this for YOU, the more you will naturally, easily be able to help your pets with regaining momentum in their health, happiness, vitality, training, etc, whenever they have a setback.

The secret is little by little, but to ALWAYS be acting, doing the next best thing that needs to get done. The more you build momentum, the stronger it gets. Regaining momentum is part of building healthy momentum in your life and in your pet’s life. It’s way, way more important than most people realise.

How good are you at regaining momentum? The good news, if you suck at this, is that the more you work at getting stronger in this, the stronger you’re gonna get. It’s as much about will as it is about anything. Doing what needs to be done, regardless of how you’re feeling or how you feel about what needs to be done. In fact, overcoming your feelings and acting is the key to regaining momentum.

Get to it! Your pets need you to master regaining momentum ASAP…
