FEELING EMOTIONS (all of them) is the key to a rich, healthy life for you and your pets.

Most people avoid uncomfortable emotions. Hide, suppress, deny, or avoid in all sorts of ways, most of them deeply unhealthy and harmful. Feeling emotions is healthy – especially uncomfortable ones!

Most people, at the same time, get stuck on only wanting to experience ‘good’ emotions. the happy, enjoyable ones. They will go to all sorts of lengths, most of them also unhealthy.

Most people can’t face their pets’ emotions, even when their pets are grumpy or out of sorts abou thtings that are really, really healthy for them – like a diet to lose weight, or respecting people’s boundaries, or not having the ball/toy all the time because they are addicted to being crazy with it.

Feeling emotions for you in a healthy way will allow you to support your pets in feeling emotions in a healthy way for them.

I won’t sugar coat it – this involves a dose of healthy discomfort. For you and your pets.

Feeling emotions is a skill, a muscle; it’s like going to the gym for your consciousness. The more you do it, the better you get at it. The better you get at it, the more you’ll be able to do all the ‘hard now, easy later’ things that make you truly healthy and well. AND once you get good at it, you’ll be able to help your pets with feeling emotions too, so they can be happier and healthier.

Feeling emotions – a simple ‘how to’ for you and your pets

Number one – stop making any kind of emotions that you experience ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’. All feelings are divine and have a purpose for you and your pets.

Number two – be willing to feel what’s happening inside of you. If you’re sad, feel the sad. Likewise angry, jealous, grumpy, flat, depressed, etc, etc.

BUT (and this is important) – don’t let these feelings drive the bus of your life. No matter how you feel, be kind to yourself and to others, and keep on adulting no matter what. You can have feelings and be functional!

Number three – if you have trauma, addictions, or BIG feels, get some help. A therapist, or hit me up for an energy healing session.
